1. Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital products and services, we cannot offer refunds after the 24-hour grace period. This includes but is not limited to:

• Software subscriptions and licenses
• API access and usage credits
• Premium calculator features
• Business suite subscriptions
• Digital downloads and content

2. Physical Products

For physical products (if any), refunds may be processed subject to the following conditions:

• Product must be returned in original condition within 7 days of delivery
• Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount
• Payment gateway charges (typically 2-3%) will be deducted from the refund
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product

3. Damaged Products

If a physical product arrives damaged:

• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping)
• No deductions will be made for damaged products
• Return shipping will be arranged by us

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for unused portions of the subscription period
• Access to premium features will continue until the end of the billing period

• Physical products: 5-7 business days after receiving returned item
